Konet Mobile LLC(on-offmall.com)guarantees the exchange, return and refund according to the following:

1. Products can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 7 days after the date of purchase
2. If the supplied products differ from the advertised content, the product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt
3. Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned;

a) If the product was damaged after delivery, the product will not be exchanged, refunded or returned
b) Undergarments, makeup, and other hygienic products will not be exchanged, refunded or returned for hygiene reasons (unused cosmetic products can be returned or exchanged)
c) The damaged packaging of a product will not be exchanged, refunded or returned
d) Products bought from other stores and not from on-offmall.com will not be exchanged, refunded or returned
e) Refund, exchange or return of the product will be possible at the branch where the product was bought

If you wish to cancel or return a product, you can do so by contacting our online service center 04 235 6286. Our customer service team will assist you throughout the process.

Canceling After Delivery & Payment

If you wish to cancel your order after delivery and cash payment has been made, we will provide cash refund and return the points that were used within 7 working days. All products should be in the original form. If you are returning an item that has been delivered correctly, delivery charges will not be reimbursed an additional 30 Dhs will be charged for picking up and refunding the transaction.

Credit Card Payment

In case the payment was made by credit card, you will need to provide the same credit card to receive the refund. It will take up to 14 working days for the credit to be reflected back in your account. For inquiries regarding your credit card, please contact your bank. If you are returning an item that has been delivered correctly, delivery charges will not be reimbursed an additional 30 Dhs will be charged for picking up and refunding the transaction.
